Routes: Where Do We Go Based on Duration?
The route always depends on the day's wind and weather, but as a general guide:
- 4 h and 6 h: coves close to Alicante harbour — Postiguet, Almadraba, Playa de San Juan. These durations do not include Tabarca due to distance. Morning departures typically head north along the coast towards San Juan, with a swimming and paddle surf stop in crystal-clear turquoise waters. Afternoon trips usually head south past Cabo de la Huerta, where rocky seabeds make for excellent snorkelling.
- 8 h and 11 h: include Tabarca Island plus a restaurant reservation arranged by us (restaurant cost paid by the guest). The sail to Tabarca takes roughly an hour and a half, and once there you'll have plenty of time to explore the island, have lunch at one of the village restaurants and swim in the protected marine reserve.
